Maddy Pasqualini
Growing up in Los Angeles, Maddy Pasqualini was always deeply influenced by the glamorous world around her. She was more often concerned with her direct physical environment than anything else, leading her to discover a great love for interior design. Designing became a creative outlet and mental safe haven for a mildly troubled Maddy.
After studying political theory and film at Sarah Lawrence college in New York, Maddy moved back home to Los Angeles and completed FIDM’s interior design program. After working as a design assistant for several well known interior designers, Maddy decided it was time to venture out on her own.
Using her bizarrely unique perspective that has been described as “Betsey Johnson, but relevant”, Maddy has been transforming spaces in Los Angeles for five years. She firmly believes that interior design can have a sense of humor while still being undeniably chic.
Now, at the recommendation of her psychic, seriously, Maddy has decided to share her perspective with the entire internet. “Diary of a Maximalist” will document her life in design, travel, eating a lot, and life in general.
